A not-for-profit welfare organization founded by Resul Pookutty, renowned Indian Film Sound Designer, Sound Editor & Mixer and Academy Award Winner for Best Sound Mixing for the film Slumdog Millionaire.
The prime areas of focus of the foundation are:
Education
- To establish, maintain, develop and aid schools, Training Centres, Educational Institutions, Training Centres, Educational Research Centres and Foundations and other Institutions for the dissemination of knowledge and to aid the poor and needy students and scholars in pursuing their education.

To institute studentships, scholarships, stipends, prices and provide monitory aid to deserving poor and needy students for the purpose of pursuing their education.
- To establish, maintain, run, develop, improve, extend, grand and donate for and to aid in the establishment, maintenance, running, development, improvement and extention of libraries, reading rooms meeting halls, educational centres, and other facilities as are calculated to be of use in imparting education to the public.
Medical Relief
To establish, maintain, run, develop, improve, extend, grand, donate for and to aid and or assist in the establishment maintenance, running, development, improvement and extension of Hospitals, Clinics, Dispensaries, Maternity Houses, Laboratories, Research centres, Medical and Para Medical institutions and similar institutions affording treatment, cure, rest, recuperation and other medical relief to the public.
General Utility Services
- To establish, maintain, run and develop rehabilitation centres, for the poor and needy, old, sick infirm or destitute women.
- To start, maintain, develop and run vocational and training centres, to help the poor and needy and destitute women and children.
- To establish, maintain and run poor homes and homes for the aged and sick.
- To establish, maintain and run recreation centres, vocational centres, homes, hostels or other institutions for the handicapped.
- To establish, maintain and run child centres or other institutions to provide for and look after destitute and sick children.
- To grant donations, contributions or financial assistances to poor homes, rehabilitation centres or other similar institutions.
Cultural Activities
- To establish, maintain, run and develop cultural centres.
- To grant donations, contributions or financial assistance to the Cultural Centres.
- To render all services required for the uplift and prosperity of all sections of people without any discrimination of caste or creed.
